Arrival at 17:00:

- Reception at the castle, meeting with the speakers: Christine de BJB (ecotourism) and Martina (USA/Germany/Belize), yoga teacher (course in English).
- Presentation of the program.
- Organic supper.

 

 

Day 1:
- 7:00 a.m.: Coffee, juice, Labrador tea.
- 8:00 to 9:00 a.m.: Yoga Vinyasa (Martina).
- 9:00 a.m.: Breakfast.
- 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: Discovery of eco-tourism and plants (Christine).
- 1:00 p.m.: Detox lunch with plants.
- 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.: Cultural afternoon with Chantal Harvey – Painter + History of the Village.
- 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.: Sunset Yoga – Soft Movements and Meditation (Martina).
- 7:30 p.m.: Supper.

Day 2:
- 7:00 a.m.: Coffee, fruit juices, teas.
- 8:00 to 9:00 a.m.: Yoga Vinyasa (Martina).
- 9:00 a.m.: Breakfast.
- 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Meditation Walk – Barefoot / Breathing / Listening to Nature / Birdsong / Earth Connection (Christine & Martina).
- 2:00 p.m.: Detox lunch.
- Free afternoon (rest- reading- walk John Beetz Bay- creation Inukshuk in pebbles).
- 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.: Yoga and meditation (Martina).
- 7:00 p.m.: Supper.

Day 3:
- 7:00 a.m.: Coffee, fruit juices, teas.
- 8:00 to 9:00 a.m.: Yoga Vinyasa (Martina).
- 9:00 a.m.: Breakfast.
- 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.: Hike Chute Rivière Piashti – Spiritual Yoga on the oldest rock in the world. (Photo) (Christine & Martina).
- 3:00 p.m.: Snacks.
- Free afternoon (rest).
- 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.: Yoga by Candlelight (Martina).
- 7:00 p.m.: Supper.

Day 4:
- 9:00 a.m.: Breakfast.
- 10:00 a.m.: Departure.
